DIAGNOSTICS OF HYDRAULIC MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

Diagnosis is part of preventive and predictive inspections of machines and equipment and, if necessary, to identify problems with hydraulic circuits. The correct operation of the hydraulic equipment will ensure the quality of production.

We offer

Using connection points (usually created), we measure and monitor pressure, differential pressure, pressure peaks, temperature, flow and speed over time.

The simultaneous display of these in the graphs of quantities will allow you to easily diagnose your hydraulic equipment:

  • pump condition including comparison of temperature, pressure and flow dependences
  • we will find out whether the pump does not lose power under load - we will perform a load test
  • comparison of table values with actual ones
  • we will also determine a damaged or defective piston of the axial and radial pump
  • pump control stability
  • pump life forecast

Possible defects

The following effects can cause a reduction in flow:

  • lack of oil in the system
  • clogged filter in suction line
  • the damaged suction line has an opening to the outside environment, sucks in air, or the clearance of the line is reduced
  • the pump has reduced flow efficiency
  • the internal combustion engine has a lower rotational frequency or the drive belt slips
  • pressure valve leaking
  • leaking worn switchboard
  • leaking one-way controlled valve or hydraulic lock
  • leaking one-way or pressure valves of the braking device
  • hydraulic motors have internal or external leakage permeability

A change in pressure can be caused by:

  • a safety valve that is set to a lower or higher pressure value
  • possibility of extremely deteriorated flow when the pressure does not reach the nominal value, eg when the drive belt of the pump slips
  • cavitation and damage to the pump work surfaces can occur in the pump due to a poorly designed suction line diameter
  • sucking air into the pump suction causes the same damage
  • foaming of oil in hyd. tank can be caused by a poorly designed return branch

Tribodiagnostics is analyzes of oils, lubricant fuels and emulsions, are used to determine the condition of the oil in terms of its lubricity and machine wear.

The reliability and service life of the machines are increased and also the costs of preventive maintenance are reduced.

Termodiagnostics

Thermodiagnostic measurement is a non-contact temperature measurement. Can be used wherever the diagnosed parameter is heat radiation. It is widely used in a variety of areas both in industry and in the private sector.

We use a modern thermal imaging system that can cover the entire temperature spectrum and the output thermograph with the necessary accuracy to find possible faults, which when properly evaluated is the basic formula for effective design of technical solutions and subsequently for checking its implementation.
